Reservations
April through September Rates:
- SunShine Suite — 1 bedroom: $149.00 + tax per night
- MountainView Suite — 1 bedroom: $179.00 + tax per night
- HarborView Suite — 2 bedrooms: $209.00 + tax per night
October through March Rates:
- SunShine Suite — 1 bedroom: $129.00 + tax per night
- MountainView Suite — 1 bedroom: $149.00 + tax per night
- HarborView Suite — 2 bedrooms: $179.00 + tax per night
There is a $15 per night charge for additional guests using the suite.
Reservations:
A 50% deposit is due with the reservation.
Cancellations:
- If cancelled between Confirmation and 60 days prior to arrival, 50 % of deposit is refunded less $50 handling fee.
- If cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, 25 % of deposit is refunded less $50 handling fee.
- No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
- No refund for early departures.
