April through September Rates:

  • SunShine Suite Max 4 People 1 Queen - 2 Twins- Couch: $179.00 + tax per night
  • MountainView Suite Max 5 People -1 Queen- 2 Twins - Huge Sectional: $189.00 + tax per night
  • HarborView Suite Max 6 people - 2 Queens - 2 Twins- Huge Sectional: $289.00 + tax per night

October through March Rates:

  • SunShine Suite (Max 4 people) — 1 Queen - 2 Twins- Couch: $159.00 + tax per night 
  • MountainView Suite (Max 5 people) — 1 Queen- 2 Twins - Huge Sectional: 169.00 + tax per night
  • HarborView Suite (Max 6 people) — 2 Queens - 2 Twins- Huge Sectional:   $249.00 + tax per night

Reservation Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Full payment is required on reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Full payment is required on reservations made for 3rd parties.


Cancellations:

No refund if canceled within 30 days of arrival. No refund for early departures.


Lost key: $25.00
